There are hundreds of kinds of ramen in Japan, especially Fukuoka, which is the most competitive place for ramen, but in my heart, Ichiran Ramen has always been the top 1 of ramen~ It is definitely a must-eat when you come to Japan!! This time I will make a pilgrimage to the headquarters of Ichiran Ramen. , and this one is open 24 hours a day, so happy~
Originally, the whole building was decorated with lanterns, but as Christmas was approaching, the whole building turned into a big Christmas tree. It was so beautiful and full of atmosphere.
Except for the first and second floors, the entire building is their office, which is super cool!!
The first floor is a yatai-style dining environment, but it is being renovated that day. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, I went up to the second floor and there was a self-service machine to buy tickets and order food.
The ramen here is one option, very simple, you can buy other ingredients depending on what you want.
After buying the ticket, the clerk will give you a list to customize your favorite flavors. I always choose the one he suggested.

There is a sign next to the store to communicate with the store staff, which states that "We can serve you without talking to the store staff." You can tell the store staff "I am temporarily leaving", "Can't order", "Need children's tableware", or "It's very noisy" XD , how afraid are you of being in contact with people~
There is a list for adding points next to it that you can circle and select. You can only pay in cash when adding points.
In addition to the list, the chopstick set can also be used to select items to add to the list. It is very environmentally friendly.
After you give the ticket for dessert to the staff, you will get this small plate in exchange for it. When you want to eat dessert, press the service bell, and then put the small plate on the service bell, and you can change to dessert. It is not served all at once, which is very considerate~
Natural Tonkotsu Ramen Natural Tonkotsu Ramen (¥980)
Here it comes~~The ramen that I’m looking forward to! The thickness of the noodles, the richness of the soup, the chili sauce on top, and the fat-to-thin ratio of the barbecued pork are all perfect, and even their green onions go well with it (generally I will pick out the green onions in Taiwanese soups, as they have a very strong taste) ), it’s still as delicious as in memory~
Two pieces of black fungus きくらげ(¥130) and nori のり(¥130)
This time I ordered black fungus and seaweed. The black fungus was chopped very finely and had a crunchy texture. The seaweed is also very good. When soaked in the soup, it will not turn into a soft and chewy piece. It will melt completely and blend perfectly with the soup (not immediately, it needs to be soaked for a while). You can eat it halfway and add more. , the soup will change into a different flavor, super delicious ~ but only two pieces are a bit small, haha ~ these two should be standard if they match like this!
"この一dropが高の喜びです" Drinking all the soup is the highest respect for Ichiran Ramen, haha (but my friend thinks the soup is too salty, it's really a matter of opinion~)
Matcha almond tofu (¥390)
There is a wolfberry on top, and there is matcha sauce on the side that you can add yourself
The taste of almond tofu is rich, with both almond and matcha flavors outstanding. The added matcha sauce is also very strong and sweet, so you can decide on your own.
It is indeed my favorite ramen shop~ I left with a satisfied feeling after eating, so be sure to come and try it!! There are souvenirs on the first floor that you can buy back to Taiwan to remember (but in fact, I have bought them before, and I think the food on site is much more delicious) )
