This bakery is the most popular bakery in Fukuoka and there is always a long queue.

It's a very unique seat at the bottom of the stairs of Tenjin Central Park. If you come at 10:30 in the morning, you can see a long queue of people from a distance. Although the queue is very long, many of them are takeout, so it's actually quite fast. of
The shop is very elegant and beautiful ~ but it is very small (it should be said that there are too many people). Everyone is queuing up while selecting bread. It is a pity that you can't choose leisurely like a normal bakery.
The signboard "Mentaiko French Bread" is specially informed at the place where you pick up the plate. You can order it directly at the counter, so it's normal that you don't see it on display.

A small bakery combined with a coffee shop with a lot of employees
The clerk at the checkout counter will ask if you want Mentaiko French bread, and will also ask if you want it for dine-in or take-out. Only for dine-in use, you can sit on the chair~
If you are using it inside, the clerk will take the bread away from you, give you a number tag, and then deliver it directly to your seat.
Rules for internal use ~ One drink per person for low consumption, only after ordering can you be seated, no seats are allowed

Our bread arrived~ We ordered half a loaf of mentaiko French bread, donuts, and chocolate bread. For internal use, it’s actually just cutting the bread into pieces and placing it on a plate, with a wet paper towel attached, but it looks much more advanced, haha

Signature Mentaiko French Bread (¥475 for a loaf, ¥248 for half a loaf)
The outer layer is super crispy, and when you bite into it, the bread inside is very airy and not dry at all.
Full of mentaiko ~ slightly spicy aroma, no fishy smell at all, delicious!! And half a bar is 248 yen, only about NT$50, you can eat such authentic mentaiko, it’s great ~
There are a lot of chocolate chunks in the middle of the chocolate bread, which is bitter-sweet and delicious.
Highly recommended donuts!!! At first I was afraid of the milk powder on the outside and didn’t dare to eat them, but it turned out to be very fine powdered sugar, and the middle is very soft when you bite it!! It’s super delicious and you can buy a bunch of it if you are in Taiwan. Home
