This Pho 37 has a total of three branches in Vancouver. Today I went to the branch in Richmond. I don’t know why many Vietnamese pho restaurants add numbers after it. There is a legend that as long as the restaurant name is followed by Pho + a number, it is more delicious. A pho shop, I don’t know if it’s real XD
It feels like it has just been renovated, very new
Once inside, the new decoration style is completely grand. Just look at the crystal chandelier and you will know XD. Compared with ordinary simple pho restaurants, it is really super luxurious and noble.
Business is very good, there are many people waiting during meal time, but fortunately there are many tables, and there are round tables XD!! This is the first time I see a pho restaurant with round tables, it’s super cool
Look at the group of friends sitting at the round table on the left. It feels like they are having New Year’s Eve dinner. It’s very warm XD

It will also come with a plate of nine-layer pagoda, raw bean sprouts and lemon. There are also seasonings on the table that you can season yourself, but there is no chili pepper. You may have to ask the waiter for it?

All three kinds of rice noodles are good. The rice noodles are thin (I’m most afraid of rice noodles as thick as rice noodles The portion is more than expected, and each portion is a huge bowl! I think it would be just right for two people to order a portion of rice noodles and add some side dishes.

The fried spring rolls are not too oily and the meat inside is fresh. The shredded raw papaya salad is very refreshing. The sweet fish sauce is paired with the crushed peanuts on top, which is delicious~
deep fried chicken wings(12.95 CAD)
Deep-fried, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It has a sweet taste and is delicious.
Overall, the food tastes delicious, the portions are sufficient, and the decoration is beautiful. I highly recommend it to everyone~
