The dough is the thickness of traditional tempura. The squid is more like the white and plump squid sold in Taiwan night markets. I think it is the most delicious inside.

This Naruto Taiyaki is an old chain brand. It has many branches in Osaka and Tokyo. It is quite famous, and the evaluation of each restaurant is quite high.

This time I went to the Dotonbori business district, just across from the restaurant in front, it’s just right to buy a taiyaki after eating salty food

The biggest feature of this taiyaki is the independent baking mold, also known as ichicho (いっちょうやき), which has been made since Meiji 42 (AD 1909) until now.

Nowadays, many stores like chicken cakes and red bean cakes use a whole row of modules, and you can test a whole row at a time, which is more efficient.

Here is a baking mold with a sea bream, pour the batter and full of fillings, and then bake one by one in the fire.
