Kinton Ramen is a very famous ramen shop in Toronto. It is also known as "the best ramen in Toronto". It has many branches in the United States and Canada, and I heard that there is always a queue. It was raining heavily today and I went late. I thought there would be no people there. , but in the end, there were still 3-4 groups waiting, and business was very good.

Classic golden pig sign

There are many certificates posted on the door

When I arrived, I first went to the tablet at the door to register and wait for my seat, but since I had to leave my Canadian phone number before I could register, it didn’t work for me to enter my Taiwanese phone number, so I asked the waiter directly for help.

The store is not big, but there are quite a few tables. The tables are a bit crowded, but it is still quite comfortable, and the staff are very friendly.

It is an open kitchen, but there is no smell of oil smoke. Look at the counter and the island. They are completely packed with delivery orders. Business is really good.

The menu is very simple, just ramen and some side dishes. You can choose the thickness of the ramen, or you can change it to konjac noodles for an extra price.

Lemonade Homemade lemonade(4 CAD)

Although there are many customers here, the food is served very quickly, and all the drinks and meals are served at once. Lemon juice is sour and slightly sweet, very delicious

Pork original(15.99 CAD)

I chose thin noodles, which are a bit hard, and the soup has a strong peppery flavor. Although it is not as good as the ramen I eat in Japan, it is still very good, especially when I eat a bowl of hot noodles abroad, I am still very happy~

Takoyaki (6.9 CAD)

There are four in a portion, which looks good with the bonito flakes still floating on top, but the dough tastes very thick and the octopus is very small.

Look at how thick this dough is! It feels like you’re only eating flour. It’s so different from what you eat in Japan. I don’t recommend it.
