This day happened to coincide with the 51st London Gay Parade "London Pride" (London Pride). The whole city of London was full of people!! It was crowded everywhere. The parade team spanned the city of London, and many subways The entrances and exits were also sealed, and it was impossible to get out of the crowd, so I decided to choose a cafe and take a rest inside.
This cafe has many branches. This time I went to the one next to Piccadilly Circus station in central London. The exterior looks very beautiful, but the rating on Google Maps is only 3.5. But I am really tired from walking. Looking at the appearance It felt very beautiful, so I decided to go in and sit for a while.
The store entrance alone is packed with people, and everyone in the car and on the street is super high.

It tastes very good and goes very well with scones. The hot water for making tea in the store is super hot, and it is directly used in a teapot. It is warm and cute, which is great. But because I didn't pick up the tea bag, when I poured the second cup, the tea taste became too strong and heavy, and it even hurt my stomach. It would be better to pick up the tea bag as soon as possible.
Scone Mixed (£6.45)
The scones here are two in one portion. You can choose original, raisin, or a combination. The one I chose today is the combination. You can eat both flavors, which is very good.
The scones are also delicious (there seems to be no bad scones in the UK🤣), and the jam comes directly from a jar, which is very generous, and of course there is also the classic clotted cream!!
Although the rating of this restaurant on Google Maps is quite low, I think it’s pretty good. The decoration environment is very thoughtful, the price is not too expensive in the city center, the waiters are also very kind, and the scones are delicious~ The whole thing Don’t know why the score is so low 🤔
