Since I came to Switzerland, I haven’t had any authentic Swiss specialties except cheese pot. I found this restaurant online and it advertises that it sells Swiss specialties, including potato pancakes, sausages, and mushroom sauce. You can eat it all at once. I’m looking forward to eating so many Swiss specialties~

The location of this restaurant is very good, right in the center of Interlaken

The space in the store is quite large, but there is only one table during lunch time, which makes me a little worried that it will not taste good.

The waiter will provide you with a menu as soon as you come in, but the waiter (or the boss?) here will first ask you to read the first page of the menu, which contains the rules of the restaurant, including not providing free water, not drinking your own drinks or Water, one meal per person, and the meal is freshly prepared and you have to wait... It feels like a very strict restaurant (I wanted to take a picture of the menu, but after it was taken away, I didn’t dare to ask the clerk for it hahaha)

The store is quite clean, but I don’t know why two flies kept appearing that day, which is very annoying🙄

Because the restaurant does not provide free water, and we cannot drink our own drinks and water, we ordered a glass of Sprite (4.9 CHF) and Iced tea (4.9 CHF), but I really don’t recommend them. They feel like they are low in sugar (use (Aspartame), I have never had low-sugar Sprite before, it’s amazing, ice tea was originally thought to be ice tea made by myself, but it turned out to be Nestlé lemon tea, I was dumbfounded 🤣

Schnitzel Niidle-Schnitzel (Schweiz) (32 CHF)

Serve the dish ~ the presentation looks super beautiful! The clerk said that all the flowers and plants used for decoration are edible. The one we ordered is a Swiss specialty sauce made with potatoes, cream, and mushrooms. Niidle means noodles. I intuitively thought it should be pasta, but it tastes more like Taiwan’s white flat pasta🤣Haha

There are two large pieces of fried pork tenderloin steak inside. Each piece is very large, but they both taste dry. It's a bit like the pork tenderloin in Taiwan's breakfast restaurants but thicker and drier.

Burrebratwurscht-Schnägg mit Rösti (29 CHF)

Swiss-style sausages are very different from Taiwanese sausages. They are more loyal to the original flavor and have a heavier meat flavor. People who like meat will probably like it. The sauce on the side is made of onions fried until they are slightly caramelized, with a slight sweetness. It goes well with It’s good to eat them together (I prefer Taiwanese nitrous sausages A little soft, a little disappointed 🤢

Although you can eat some Swiss specialties in this restaurant, the food in this restaurant looks very beautiful, but tastes ordinary. Moreover, it costs $35 Swiss francs (about NT$1,250) per person, which is very expensive. ~ ~I believe that if you have to eat Swiss food, there must be a better choice 😂
