Singapore's laksa noodles are very famous, especially 328 Katong Laksa, which is the most representative.

It is a restaurant recommended by Michelin! I ate here many years ago. I missed it a bit this time. I will try it again.

There are many awards posted on the door, including Michelin recommendations in 2016 and 2017.

 The restaurant is simple and clean, and the entire wall is covered with photos of celebrities who have eaten here

The menu is quite simple, laksa, drinks, and snacks

There are two flavors of laksa, one is the signature shrimp and the other is the new shredded chicken laksa

A major feature here is that the noodles look like thick rice noodles. The store has cut them into small pieces first, so you can just "drink" the noodles with a spoon.

The ingredients include shrimp, blood clams, fish slices cut into strips and bean sprouts

I thought it was delicious when I ate it before, but this time I was a little disappointed. It was full of spicy food in my mouth. There were a lot of finely chopped chili skins and chili seeds in the soup, which completely covered the coconut milk and dried shrimps that are unique to laksa. the fragrance

The shrimps inside have been peeled, but they are very small, very shriveled and not tasty.

The only thing that still tastes good is the blood clam, which is quite fresh.

The store also included a packet of hot sauce, but it was already very spicy, so I returned the packet intact to him XD

Otah ($7.00 SGD)

Otak is a popular specialty dish in Southeast Asia, especially in Singapore. Otak means "brain" in Malay. Because the texture is soft and resembles the brain, it sounds scary XD

In fact, it is a kind of minced fish meat, mixed with spices, and then grilled in banana leaves.

It's super spicy when you eat it. You can only taste the texture as soft and rotten, but you can't taste any other flavor at all. Is this really the case in every restaurant? I'll try another room next time

It cost about NT$250 to eat like this today, which is not bad based on the prices in Singapore, but I’m really a bit disappointed. The only good thing is the kumquat lemon juice XD, which is delicious

I believe there must be other better laksa in Singapore!
