This Korean BBQ restaurant is owned by the famous Korean chef Baek Jung-won. It is one of the most famous Korean BBQ restaurants in South Korea, and its ratings are very high. There are a total of three branches in Seoul. Pilgrimage~
Today I went to the branch in Hongdae, which is right next to the bustling Hongdae business district. It has a very eye-catching large storefront.
You will be seated immediately as soon as you enter the door, but the waiter seems a bit aggressive🤣
The environment is just an average Korean BBQ seat, but the overall environment has a greasy feel
The seat can be opened and clothes can be placed underneath to avoid the smell of barbecue.
The menu is in Chinese, English, Japanese and Thai, and also has pictures, which is quite easy to understand. Google map ratings can be exchanged for food

This restaurant is a traditional charcoal grill. It will provide basic lettuce plates, onions, garlic, pickles, sauces, a bottle of water and kelp soup. I think there is only one bowl of kelp soup for each table regardless of the number of people. I don’t know if it is for everyone. How can I share or drink? It’s quite strange.

You need to add extra rice, a bowl costs 1500 KRW, and it comes with a bowl of miso soup. The miso soup is a bit salty, so I didn’t like it very much.

The meat wrapped in lettuce is so delicious~ The sesame leaves in Korea are the white perilla from Taiwan, but it’s not the perilla flavor I’m familiar with, so I’m a little disappointed~

There are lettuce, perilla, chili, garlic, onion, green onion shreds and water (drinks in the refrigerator next to it are not included). Water is only for in-store use. If you take it away, an additional 1,000 KRW will be charged.
There are also sauces, pickles, and some vegetables and meatballs. It is a buffet bar in Manyangchun, but for people who love lettuce, the basic plate is definitely not enough, and I will definitely buy more~
Grilled cheese mochi tastes delicious
After finishing the meal, I feel that it is quite ordinary. It is not worthy of such a high evaluation or the price. Moreover, the waiters are generally quite aggressive (indifferent?). In short, it is quite disappointing. I personally do not recommend it. There must be something better. Korean BBQ!!
