There is a CÉ LA VI in Taipei. It is a branch opened from Singapore. It is on the 57th floor of Tower 3, the third building of the Sands Hotel (9 floors higher than Taipei🤣). Let’s take a look at the differences in Taipei today.

CÉ LA VI here is divided into Sky bar/Club lounge/Restaurant. Today I went to the Restaurant. All three types require reservations in advance and are limited to 2 hours (but the waiter did not rush people when the time was up that day)

The entrances to Sky bar and Restaurant are here

The left is to the Sky bar, and the right is to the Restaurant. If you are not very hungry, I actually recommend the Sky bar, because the Sky bar is outdoors, in the outermost circle, and the view is very good (I don’t know if you need to drink low) ). The Restaurant is all indoors, suitable for a comfortable dinner, but the view will be blocked by the Sky bar in the outer circle, which is a pity.

There are not many seats inside, but they are all spacious and comfortable.

The waiter will come and ask if you want to drink sparkling water or mineral water. Both of these are charged. If you want to drink free, just ask for tap water or regular water.

There are not many menus, just two pages (there is no choice barrier, I am very satisfied🤣)

The wine list doesn’t have many types of cocktails.

I’m happy to be seated at the outermost table~

The outer Sky bar is in the first row and has a great view.

Singapore Sling ($25 SGD)

When in Singapore, I always order the Singapore Sling 🤣The flowers and pineapples on it look super cute~ It tastes sour and sweet, it’s basically a sister wine, haha

Chandon Garden Spritz ($25 SGD)

It has a bit of citrus fruit flavor and a bit of bubbles, and it tastes like a heavy drink.

(The small desk lamp on the table is touch-sensitive, so you can adjust the light yourself. It’s very atmospheric~)

Classic Fries ($16 SGD)

I ordered the wrong fries~ because they are not on the menu. I originally saw someone ordering a plate of cheese truffle fries on the Internet. It looked delicious, so I just asked the clerk to order "fries", but I didn't expect it. The most common original fries🥹Cry~Fortunately, they are delicious fries🤣But the sauce is not ordinary ketchup, it is more like sweet and spicy sauce, which is quite special

Cheese Dumpling Ravioli ($30 SGD)

Highly recommend this cheese dumpling! Very special, his sauce is not like ordinary cream sauce, but curry flavor! It is very infused with the characteristics of Singapore ~ The yellow thin slices on top are pickled radish, which is also very creative! The filling of the dumplings is cheese, but because the sauce is curry and has a slightly spicy taste, it doesn't get boring like other cheese dumplings. The overall taste is very special~

Oven-baked eggplant ($20 SGD)

Eggplant is also seasoned with a special flavor. It is a sauce mixed with turmeric and coconut. It is covered with lime and sesame leaves. The texture and taste are very layered, and it feels so labor-intensive~

Miso Chocolate Ice Cream Chocolate miso ($18 SGD)

The last ice cream is also very special. When I first saw Miso, I was afraid that it tasted like miso soup. I thought I’d try it if I’d never tried it before. Fortunately, it’s not 🤣 It should be the caramel sauce on top that makes it taste like miso ( ?) Irregular pieces of chocolate ice cream are spread underneath like soil. It feels a bit like fried ice, and it is very rich. There are also Hawaiian beans in it, and the taste is very layered👍🏻 (And it doesn’t taste very cold, which is amazing ~)

It is recommended to come at 6 o'clock, so you can eat and watch the sunset~

You can also see the night view ~ the bartending area of the sky bar becomes more lively as it gets later.

The night view is amazing

I originally thought that the Sands Hotel in Singapore, such a high-end hotel with such a good view, would cost more than NT$4,000 or NT$5,000 per person. Unexpectedly, it cost about NT$80 per person (about NT$1,600), and there were adjustments. Wine and desserts are cheaper than I thought! I highly recommend coming to Singapore to arrange CÈ LA VI to see the beautiful scenery. It must be a wonderful experience~
