Today I made a special trip to this soufflé specialty store. Usually soufflé is served as dessert, but this one is very special. In addition to desserts, even savory main dishes are made with soufflé. I’m really looking forward to it~~

The store is small and has a cozy little restaurant feel. Although it is quite hot outside in July and the air-conditioning is not turned on in the store, it is not uncomfortable.

Went there at 4 or 5 pm. There were quite a few people there but we didn’t have to wait. The waiter was also very friendly and would prepare water and menus after being seated.

Simple and clean presentation

There is an a la carte section (for children, there is also a children's set meal, which includes small soufflé main meals, desserts and drinks. I really wanted to order this but the waiter said no 😂)

There are also set meals, including salad, main course (both soufflé) and dessert

For more advanced main courses, you can also choose a steak meal

Free French bread

This is the best bread I have ever eaten in any restaurant in France.Super stunning, no exaggeration! It's really standard, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The bread usually comes with it is quite delicious, but the texture is still a bit solid and a bit dry, but here it is freshly baked, very hot, and there are many holes inside. It feels moist and bouncy. It's really amazing and will make you want to add more! (Originally I only planned to eat one and ended up eating them all🤣)

Grilled snails 6 escargots (13€)

The snails were baked in less than three minutes after ordering. It was very fast. The grilled snails were also very hot. The aroma of basil hit your nostrils as soon as it was served. It was super fragrant.

It also removes the crust for you, which is very convenient. The seasoning is on the lighter side and delicious. If you have any leftover French bread, you can dip it in this sauce and it will be super delicious!

Chicken and mushroom soufflé w/ chicken and mushroom sauce (21€)

The main course is here ~ a huge one! The soufflé takes a long time. The sauce is separated when serving. The sauce will be packed with Aladdin's magic lamp, and the waiter will pour the sauce at the table.

The chicken in the sauce is shredded chicken, which is delicious but a bit salty. When the sauce is added to the soufflé, it becomes a bit like a soaked, wet cake, and it is also salty. This texture is not what I am used to eating🤣Such a piece It costs 21€, about NT$720, which I think is super expensive...

Vanilla soufflé w: rum&rasins(14€)

There's a whole can of rum next to it, super domineering!

The freshly baked outer layer is slightly crispy, and the inside is very hot and soft. It tastes quite sweet. The bottom layer has a grainy texture of granulated sugar. The raisins next to it have also been soaked in sugar water, and the rum wine is poured into the soufflé. Inside, mixed with the strong aroma of wine, the whole portion tastes super sinful, much more delicious than the salty ones🤣Haha

Conclusion: French bread is the most delicious 😆 and the salty soufflé is not used to it. It is suitable for grandparents with bad teeth. However, the sweet one is good, but because one of them is too big, one person can eat one salty + sweet one. It was so full that I ordered these alone and ended up feeling a little uncomfortable
