France is a paradise for dessert lovers. In addition to macarons and madeleines, there are many more that are worth eating. Of course, French crepes are indispensable among them. Crepes are also considered street snacks eaten while walking in France. On the roadside You can often see street vendors, but today I wanted to have a good rest in the store, so I chose this BREIZH Café
This BREIZH Café is the most famous crepe shop in Paris. It has many branches, and each one has very high reviews. This time I went to the branch next to the Louvre Museum. I was really looking forward to it.
The style of the store is simple and European, clean and tidy, and there are only two or three tables of customers during dinner time
There are also seats facing the corner of the street. It is also a very pleasant trip to sit here for an afternoon and watch the people on the road~
The clerk will come to give you the menu. I happened to meet a very nice clerk. He is friendly and speaks good English. Big plus.

This is a daily limited product, because figs are rare in Taiwan, so I personally order them when I see figs. Although the crepe is thin, it is very chewy, with apple filling wrapped in the middle and figs on top. It's very fresh and has a slight sweetness. The vanilla ice cream sprinkled with walnut crumbs is delicious~ but the most special thing is that the syrup it drizzles is actually the flavor of ginger caramel! It tastes very strong of ginger. It's the first time I've seen it. When it comes to using ginger as syrup, whether it goes well or not is a matter of opinion~
Crepe w/ banana, valrhona chocolate sauce, vanilla ice cream (12.5€)
Banana chocolate is the most classic combination. There is also a thin layer of caramel on the banana. The Valrhona chocolate sauce is rich but not very sweet, with a slight bitterness (probably the taste of 70% dark chocolate), and there is a chocolate sauce next to it. A ball of vanilla ice cream and a dollop of cream (cream pop). The crust is also thin and Q-shaped. The whole portion goes well together and is delicious.
Crepes are indeed a well-known dessert in France. The crust is really delicious. In addition to sweet and salty crepes, this restaurant also sells crepes. The portion is just right for one person, whether you want to have dinner or afternoon tea. good choice
